This draft reads more like Spencer's CV than it does an encyclopedia entry. In addition to not having enough independent reliable sources that discuss Spencer, all that has been written is a glut of bullet points advertising the great things she's done. In order to demonstrate WP:AUTHOR, take some of those reviews and turn them into prose. What have people said about Spencer? Is she a notable author, or has she just written a few books? Remember, though, that this is an article about Spencer (so don't just focus on her books).
