MfD nomination

Don't worry about the nomination of two of your pages at MfD. There's nothing wrong with the pages, and when someone who's registered 5 minutes earlier nominates a vandal-fighter's page as the first thing he does, it's pretty obvious to everyone what's going on. Man, you sure have a hard time with these autoblocks... Are you living in the same block with an idiot or something? Misza13 19:18, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry!!! To u all!!! I didn't know it was actually gonna work!!! I promise not to do it again!!! i am really sorry!!

whateva my username is!!! and i am NOT an idiot!!

I have nominated your headless chicken page for deletion as it is useless. Lets hope it gets deleted, yes. Eriqwerty123 16:32, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

{{unblock-auto|1=86.136.110.102|2=Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Eriqwerty123". The reason given for Eriqwerty123's block is: "trolling, personal attacks, up-to-no-good account".|3=Future Perfect at Sunrise}}

You seem to be getting quite a few autoblocks triggered by vandalism-only accounts, judging from this page's history. What gives? Have you any explanation why the very guy who just posted a blatant attack-page against you has been using the same IP as yourself? What kind of ISP are you working from? Fut.Perf. 10:30, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Well, I've lifted the autoblock in view of your history of evidently good contributions - but I notice this is the fourth time you had vandal accounts working from your own IP (the same IP each time, and not a school IP or anything like that, for all I can see). What's going on? Fut.Perf. 10:35, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
In light of the repeated creation of malicious accounts, I've now soft-blocked the IP for 2 months, anon-only and preventing new account creation. You should be able to edit under this account. If this creates any further collateral damage, please let me know. Fut.Perf. 10:51, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, weird, isn't it. A shared IP? But what kind of connection is this? A network somewhere at work or school? Or a connection from home? You've evidently had this stable IP for several weeks, and somebody got on it repeatedly during the same time, and targetted you specifically, so it's not just a coincidence either. Fut.Perf. 13:09, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
Hmm, it's still weird. Would you mind if we ask the checkusers to find out if there's something systematic going on and if these come all from a single source? Fut.Perf. 15:21, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

oi

why dont u just let me vandalise. --CamphellHurst 15:08, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi,

You have put yourself as interested in helping out at WikiProject on user warnings. We are now at a stage where we are creating the new templates and are wondering if you are still interested? If so please visit the overview page and choose a warning type you wish to work on. There is a base template available here, which you can copy and use to get you started. Have a look through the redirects and see what old templates are affected and incorporate them into the the new system. Anyway, any questions please don't hesitate to give me a shout. Regards Khukri (talk . contribs) 08:58, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

Ok!! i will!! thanx!!

== Quick Note ==

I think theres been some mistake I haven't even been on the AlexisOnFire page, so any report of vandalism there is news to me.

Hi!!!

Sorry about all that!!I thought it was going to delete!!! i was just playing around and didnt mean any harm!!! I really am sorry!! honest and truly!!!

WP:UW future?

Hi Richard0612,

Sorry for the blatant spam, but you have yourself down as interested at WikiProject user warnings WP:UW. There is a discussion on going here that might be of interest to you about the future of this project. There are two strawpolls on the talk pages and the second one is about the future of the WP:UW project. Now we have the end in sight we are looking at wrapping up the project and merging it with Template messages/User talk namespace WP:UTM and creating a one stop shop for all userspace templates. As you have yourself down as interested in this project we thought you may have some input on this issue, and would like you to visit the discussion and give any thoughts you may have on the matter. Cheers Khukri 10:33, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Proposal

Hello. I saw that you are a member of the Templates project, and thought it would be good to bring this to your attention. I have made a proposal that would take care of the userbos issues and the general clutter of the Template namespace. Please see it here and make comments conserning it. Thank you for your time. animal rights userbox

Hello Richard.

I note you are using Image:Rodent52copy.jpg in your userbox at User:Richard0612/Userbox Archive/animal rights. This is not a free image and requires attribution to "RDS/Wellcome Trust Photographic Library". Unless you wish to add this text to your userbox, I would suggest you replace it with something like Image:House mouse.jpg. Rockpocket 21:50, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Can you help me?

Hello Richard,
I noticed that you are familiar with archiving UserBoxes. Since I'm new to Wikipedia, I need some help. In particular, I want to design a UserBox in a SubPage, and then use it on my UserPage. I couldn't find an explanation how to do it.
Can you help me? You are invited to see what I've done so far.

WP:CVU status

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! Revert revert request

Please reconsider your revert of today's revisions of the "Cannabis (drug): Talk" sections from "Slang = slur" through "Apology of a natural-born coward". (Actually Squeakbox reverted some of it too, and I have contacted him.) I was only trying to edit my own prior stuff, not somebody else's (check the computer numbers in "History", starting 66.99), with a view to improve the information value and actually remove some combative rhetoric, including the "Apology of a natural-born coward." I appreciate the fact that you weren't trying to silence the general point, which is that Big Tobackgo is behind the slurs and laws against cannabis. I'm signing off here with a nickname I've sometimes used because I think it's anonymous enough. Please see [[1]] and [[2]]. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tokerdesigner (talkcontribs) 18:03, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

Speedy Deletion of Warrior's Return

I don't think this meets the criteria, because it is a book in a nationally bestselling series. And you say that's not important? Shapiros10 (talk) 18:12, 29 December 2007 (UTC) Very sorry richard, but I don't know how to source things, but I know i got my info from Warrior's Refuge and Warriors (Novel Series). Have you actually nominated it for deletion? If so, it hasn't been transcribed to WP:TfD. However, I don't why you would want to delete it, as it links the top division teams of a FIFA member state... пﮟოьεԻ 57 20:52, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Well given that it is the top division of a FIFA member state, I would assume that at some point it would be filled. Antigua is larger than the Faroe Islands, Andorra, Liechtenstein and San Marino, yet all their top level teams have articles. пﮟოьεԻ 57 21:07, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

I intended to add a comment to the talk page to the effect that the link could be added to the Archive page - what do you think? (Did not have time last night to add a comment to that effect on the relevant talk page) Jackiespeel (talk) 23:34, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know. It is my intention that other users be able to use it, much as other engineers have their own userbox. As long as that functionality is maintained, move it where it should go and send me the link. OneScholar (talk) 14:12, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

Furry slang

Hey. I saw you just PROD'd List of Furry slang. I've marked it for CSD as it's a direct copy of http://www.furrydolphin.net/furry-dict.html. Just thought I'd let you know. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 19:20, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Er, page is gone. Disregard this message. :/ — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 19:22, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

I removed your CSD tag from this page, since it's a notable subject (per widespread media coverage) and it makes an assertion of notability within the article. If you still feel that it should be deleted, you need to take it to PROD/AFD. -Hit bull, win steak(Moo!) 19:34, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Not a problem, happens to everyone sometimes. Just keep an extra eye out in the future. -Hit bull, win steak(Moo!) 21:11, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

I have removed the prod from this article. Articles that have previously been prod'ed and had an objection to deletion are not elegible for prod. This had a prod in the article history (diff of objection). To persue this further, take the article to a deletion discussion. Pastordavid (talk) 19:57, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

No problem. As I'm sure you saw on my talk page, I did the same thing just today with a speedy tag. Easy to do. Pastordavid (talk) 20:03, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Similarly, I just removed your CSD tag from Os Travessos, a notable Brazilian band. There are lots of good Portuguese-language sources, several of which I added to the article, and even in its rudimentary form it included an assertion of notability (that its lead vocalist Filipe Duarte was a former member of the notable band Br'oZ, thus satisfying C6 of WP:BAND). I'm starting to become concerned about whether you're really paying attention on these; please try to be more careful. -Hit bull, win steak(Moo!) 22:08, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Template:User Proud Thai

Hi there, I had just seen a message about deletion. I just finished my holidays in countryside and just came to see. I don't understand what is the reason to move the template because I also see User Proud English User Chinese-proud and even the Scottish. Please tell me in details for the reason. Thanks --Passawuth (talk) 09:08, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi, I cannot find the nomination for deletion at that link, could you kindly direct me to where it is. The United States article also has a template for its infobox.--Miyokan (talk) 00:46, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Quick Tip

In the case of numbered comments, such as in an RFA, you should begin your comments with a #, instead of just using : to tab in. Instead use #: to keep the numbering intact. Useight (talk) 00:42, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
