I said that your draft had no references, and didn't even say what country the organization is in. You added the country, but didn't add any references. Is English your first language? If so, please read up on our policies and guidelines, including Your first article about what is needed for an article. If not, please consider, since you seem to be having difficulty understanding our policies and guidelines, considering to one of our Wikipedias in approximately 200 languages.
