There are still many unsourced areas. All information in an article about a living person must have an in line citation to a reliable source. See WP:BLP. See Referencing for beginners if you need help with referencing.

This means that you must read about conflict of interest and make a disclosure per the instructions there. If your friend is going to pay you in the future, even if not specifically for your recent edits, that counts as paid editing that you must disclose. It is not optional. You will need to request unblock as the instructions I provided below state, but it is doubtful you will be unblocked to, at this time, edit about your clients.
