thanks in advance,

Hello TheSaugatDevkota,
  1. Paid editing is not against policy, undisclosed paid editing is. Please see WP:PAID and make necessary disclosures, then you can edit following the paid editing guidelines at WP:PE.
  2. I am sure there are companies/people in Nepal involved in undisclosed paid editing. If/when they are found out, they will be blocked or banned. If the subject is notable, and there is no solid proof of undisclosed paid editing, it's unlikely the article will be deleted. I patrol articles from/about Nepal and nominate for deletion which do not meet the notability guidelines whether they are from paid editor, WP:COI editors or independent good faith editors. There is still plenty to do, but rest assured, if I am able to continue here for some time to come, I will make sure to clean up almost all if not all the spam.
  3. Nepali articles are acceptable as citations. Not every source that is acceptable for WP:V counts toward notability. Because Nepal topics have very low coverage online, many poor sources are tolerated, but that does not mean they can be used to support the notability of a given topic, especially not businesses and living people of dubious notability.
  4. You can write articles for businesses. But businesses are one of the worst sources of spam on Wikipedia, so there is no room for compromise. They must meet WP:NORG with high-quality independent significant coverage in reputable reliable sources.
  5. There are many reasons why some articles without citations may not have been deleted. They may have been missed by experienced editors. They may satisfy one of the special notability guidelines proving they are notable even if they don't meet WP:GNG. For example, rivers and mountains are almost always notable, so no one will delete them even if they have no sources. It could also be that there are plenty of sources easily accessible to anyone who tries to investigate, but no one has had the inclination to actually add them to the article.

Is there any videos or simple articles related about Wikipedia policies and guidance. because I am not understanding the Wikipedia articles.

That, I do not know; sorry! There is the help desk and the Teahouse where you can ask questions or seek help though. Usedtobecool ☎️ 15:55, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
BTW, usually, the advice given to users who find it hard to understand guidelines and policies here is to edit Wikipedias in their own language/s. There's a bunch of Wikipedias from Nepal and the rest of South Asia. Usedtobecool ☎️ 15:58, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hy Usedtobecool ☎️ How can we remove the deletion tag from Better Chitwan, Now I have add citations that was published in Ekantipur, Edukhaba, Synergy, Kalika , NarayaniOnline, OSNepal. And you can check it also. Ekantipur is the top news site of Nepal, Kalika, Synergy, Narayanionline are also best in Chitwan, furthermore OSNepal, also had published article regarding Better Chitwan. Now Is it enough to remove the deletion tag from the article?

No, I do not believe the topic to be notable, from the available sources. An administrator will decide whether to keep or delete the article based on the discussion at the deletion discussion page. You should not touch the deletion tags. Usedtobecool ☎️ 08:44, 5 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
