Your draft has no independent reliable sources to support its content. Wikipedia is not for merely telling about someone; Wikipedia summarizes what independent reliable sources say about a subject, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability; in this case, the definition of a notable person. If you were to submit it as a draft to be reviewed, it would be rejected quickly, and if you were to just move it into the encyclopedia yourself, it would get deleted quickly.
