Hi, I'm afraid I have reverted your changes. Where are you getting these ages from? Apart from the fact April is turning 14, no ages are mentioned in the film or the making of, and vague terms are used in cast lists and discussions of the actors- for instance, Hewitt plays the "Young April". A tag has been placed on Elle Mulvaney (child actor) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. New articles[edit]

I see you are adding new articles about child actors. Unfortunately they are going to be deleted for not having references. IMDB and blogspot are not considered reliable sources. Instead of adding new articles, I suggest finishing up the ones you have started. They all have problems such as the wrong IMDB number or example.com left as a references. You are newbie at this, so nobody expects you to get everything right... I'd like to get something completely right one of these days. I'll try to do some updating of the articles. If you have any questions, just leave a message below this or on my talk page. Bgwhite (talk) 03:46, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Alexandra Hewett has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

BLPPROD was delined by adding sources. Subject still does not assert notability per WP:ENT.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Some advice[edit]

Hey. You seem to be having a pretty tough time on Wikipedia, so I thought I'd drop by and offer a little advice.

First of all, a number of articles you have created have been nominated for deletion. Material in articles needs to be referenced to reliable sources; so, for the kind of articles you have been creating, newspapers, television magazines, and that kind of thing. This is particularly the case when the article is a biography of a living person; for legal reasons, it's incredibly important that anything said about them is backed up by a reliable source.

Now, secondly, a number of the images you have uploaded have been tagged for deletion. The image policies here are rather complicated, to the extent that a lot of very experienced editors avoid dealing with images. Basically, and with very few exceptions, only "free" images, that is, images released under licenses which allow reuse and modification (even for commercial reasons) or images in the public domain, may be used. It's safe to assume that the majority of images you find on a Google search are not OK to be used, but, if in doubt, ask. I'd be happy to help you out with new articles, image uploads or just about anything else; just contact me on my talk page with any questions. J Milburn (talk) 17:37, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Just another couple of thoughts about the articles you are creating- only people who are notable warrant an article. Actors who have only made a minor appearance in a comparatively minor film are almost certainly not notable, and repeatedly recreating the pages when they are deleted is not going to end well. Instead, talk to someone about it- the person who nominated it for deletion, the person who deleted it, or someone else- I'm usually available. Hopefully, you will be able to work something out; it's possible that the person does warrant an article, but you're going to have to provide some reliable sources that discuss them. If not, it's probably best to see if there's another article that could contain any important information, or just move on to something else. I appreciate that this can be a rather steep learning curve, but, as I say, feel free to contact me on my talk page if I can be of any help. J Milburn (talk) 17:44, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Alexandra Hewett for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Alexandra Hewett is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alexandra Hewett until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:48, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

Just a hint, when creating pages like you did above, it's often best not to include words like 'child' in the page title. The reason being, that the person won't be a child forever. In this case I've resolved the issue by moving the page to Lucy Hutchinson (actress) and setting up a redirect on the old page. Any questions feel free to ask me on my talk page.--5 albert square (talk) 20:07, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Rebecca Michael has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Bgwhite (talk) 01:42, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello, "Theunknownnun". I am here because another editor has expressed concern about your editing, and asked me to review it. I have looked at all of your article creations (including those which have been deleted), all of your file uploads, and a sample of your other edits. None of the articles comes anywhere near to satisfying Wikipedia's inclusion criteria. You have been repeatedly given links to Wikipedia's guideline on reliable sources, and if you have not already done so you should look at it. You should also look at the general notability guideline and at the guideline on notability of people. You have also been given links to various pages relating to image use and copyright. All of the images you have uploaded look as though they are commercial photographs, rather than ones you have taken yourself, and you really do need to provide copyright information, or they will be deleted. Your non-notable article creations and image uploads are the most obvious causes for concern, but there are also some other problems with your editing. In addition, you have never made any response at all to messages which editors have given you in attempts to help you to understand what the problems are, and what you can do to improve things. You are welcome, as everyone is, to contribute constructively to the encyclopaedia, but unfortunately if you continue to edit in ways which are not consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, there is a likelihood that you will be blocked from editing. In order to avoid that, I do hope that you will carefully consider the various messages you have been given, and try to fit in better with how Wikipedia works. (You have already been warned above that a block is a possibility.) JamesBWatson (talk) 10:41, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:39, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to upload media files with false or lacking copyright and source information, you may be blocked from editing. Please make sure you have read and understood our image use policy before making any further uploads. If you have questions, ask at the copyright question page. Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:47, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

One of your images has already been matched to web page:- http://sharetv.org/shows/marchlands/cast/amy_maynard = File:Sydney wade-1-.jpg  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:47, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have deleted the picture as, being a screen shot from a film it is not free for use to illustrate an actor. Please get yoru camera and take a picture of Molly Winsor yourself, then you can make it free for use here. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:01, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello Theunknownnun

I'm sorry that I find myself having to speak to you again regarding your recent edits.

The message is simple, please stop uploading images to Wikipedia without information on their copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright breaches very seriously, after all we are talking about the possibility of the Wikimedia Foundation being sued. All the images that you have uploaded, especially the ones to Maisie Smith and Lorna Fitzgerald, all look as if they're publicity photos, and if that's the case then the copyright belongs to the magazine, newspaper etc that took the photo. Therefore you cannot upload the photo to Wikipedia.

As I've said, Wikipedia takes copyright breaches extremely seriously and as such, editors continually breaching the copyright rules of Wikipedia, may find themselves blocked from editing without further notice. In severe cases the block may be permanent.

Any questions please ask me on my talk page. Thanks in advance for your co-operation in this.--5 albert square (talk) 23:40, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'll just add to the message above that no less than 7 (seven) administrators and 5 (five) further editors have expressed concerns about your contributions to this encyclopedia. I think I ought to point out once again at this stage that while everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, there are policies that must be observed. The photos have been removed from the articles and will be shortly deleted for copyright reasons. The articles are also in the process of being procedurally deleted for lack of proven notability. The suggestions in these matters are:

  • You acknowledge the messages here and you enter into a dialogue with one of the administrators here as suggested; either here, on on their talk page. I am also willing to discuss this with you by email.
  • You focus your efforts on creating suitable articles and uploading copyright-free images or photos you have taken yourself.
  • We block the articles you have created so that they can only be edited by administrators until they are procedurally deleted.
  • We block you from making further contributions to the encyclopedia.

Please take a moment to consider these options. I look forward to your cooperation. Regards, --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 02:07, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Theunknownnun, I have now deleted the rest of your picture uploads as they all appear to come from now magazine or other web pages. We can only use pictures that tell us that they are free to use for everyone and for all purposes. No copying pictures off magazine websites is allowed here. And again I'm having to speak to you about this (though I notice you have been blocked for a further month). I am speaking to you about Brittany Papple (actress) a page that you created under another disguise, a creation that caused me concern, looking at it. If you had looked for the original page you would find that Brittany Papple is on a redirect to another page for a good reason. The reason the page is on a redirect is because the actress is not notable enough for her own page yet because, from what I've found out, she has only ever appeared in EastEnders and then it was only for a few months. That would mean that she fails WP:ENT and is therefore not notable enough for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you had looked at the history of the original article you would have seen this and seen that the original article has been up for deletion for the same reason as the one you created.
Even if she was notable enough, then you still shouldn't have created Brittany Papple (actress). What you should have done in that instance is go to the page on the redirection and edited that page to take it off redirection. However please don't do that in this instance as she is not notable enough. According to IMDB she was only in the soap for 35 episodes.
In future, please check that the page doesn't already exist before you create it. Simply typing in "Brittany Papple" into the search box would have told you that the article is on redirect to List of EastEnders characters (2001)#Louise Mitchell. If you don't agree with a page being on redirect then please do not simply create another page for the topic, instead discuss it on a relevant articles talk page or a Wikiproject page (in Brittany Papple's case Talk:List of EastEnders characters (2001) or WP:EE (the EastEnders Wiki page)) would have done.
During your extra months break please take the time to read WP:ENT and WP:NOTABILITY as they really will help you when you're creating articles. Please don't sock again and learn from your mistakes and what people have written on this page to advise you. That way when your block is up, you can return to Wikipedia and edit with a 'clean slate' so to speak. However if you carry on editing the way you have been, then you may find yourself blocked again with no further warning, maybe even indefinitely blocked.--5 albert square (talk) 19:04, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for uploading inappropriate and/or unlicenced/copyrighted images in spite of repeated requests and warnings. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
For evading your block and editing as Wikibabyxxx (talk · contribs), I've reset your monthlong block. Next time the block will be longer. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 16:02, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I understand why I have been blocked from Wikipedia, I thought the information I added to certain articles was correct when obviously it was not, if I was to be unblocked I will stick to just changing photos or making simple edits to articles

Decline reason:

I do not think that you really do understand the reason for your block. You received some seventeen notifications relating to problems with your articles and some eight warnings regarding copyright violation, and appear to have heeded none of them. Nor have you addressed these concerns in your unblock request. Please therefore, if you post a new unblock request, include in it a clear statement of what you did wrong and why you ignored these multiple warnings. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:33, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Theunknownnun for evidence.
