Welcome!

Hello, X06, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  NickelShoe (Talk) 19:41, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bill Pekarek has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this person might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (people) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" template, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod template, the article will not be deleted, but if an editor is still not satisfied that it meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Mario[edit]

The comment you are posting on Mario is excessive, the article is fine. If any issues arise, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. Yanksox 04:23, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The comment I am leaving was regarding the whole "macaroni" comment. Also, please verify the Naples comment. Yanksox 13:35, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You may know a great deal about Mario, but unfortunately you still have a bit to learn about Wikipedia. (For example, please don't comment on talk pages in all caps.) You may want to read about how to use talk pages, why we don't allow original research, and why we only use reliable sources. Hope this helps! - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 04:02, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. WinHunter (talk) 03:08, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles as it is considered vandalism. You may place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page if you oppose an article's speedy deletion. Thanks. --AbsolutDan (talk) 03:16, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Homosexuality Edit[edit]

Quoth you:

Homosexuality is a disease, according to the United States Pentagon.

Quoth me: [citation needed] and screw your blatantly political pseudoscientific crap. You were doing good with edits till this last one. I recommend you refrain from touching the article ever again. YOU LOSE. GOOD DAY SIR. E. Sn0 =31337= 03:37, 23 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not insert POV sentences and weasel words into articles as you did to Paper Mario. Thank you.--Conrad Devonshire Talk 07:32, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thank you. --Strothra 17:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright free?[edit]

Are the words you have posted in Chain Gang (song) free of copyright? Cheers. Moriori 06:11, 28 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Steppin' Fetchet, by Realkyhick (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Steppin' Fetchet fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

Nonsense article; legitimate article exists at Stepin Fetchit

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Steppin' Fetchet, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 07:10, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not your shop window[edit]

Please show real respect for Officer Faulkner by not adding fast-food advertising to his article. --CliffC 12:25, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Take some time...[edit]

Please read over Wikipedia:Notability, Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Ownership of articles before you continue any further. Refrain from blanking AFD pages like you did and try to remain calm when editing. Thank you. Sasquatch t|c 19:57, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Block[edit]

I have blocked you from editing until you learn to read over some of the policy and cooperate with the community. If you have done this, please respond on this talk page below. Thanks. Sasquatch t|c 18:15, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked?!![edit]

Ok I read over missed policies. but i just wanna know why Wikipedia is so anti-Catholic. Why would a prominent figure like Raymond Arroyo, and holy man like Fr. Groeschel, or the TV show on ewtn my little angels not be wikilinked?!!!! Oh course you leave a sedevacantist like bro. michael up!!! just answer this question. i read the rules so plz unblock.

Did you read over the sections on what constitutes notability and verifiable sources? We're not anti-Catholic, we just have certain policy. And the article you mentioned is currently going through WP:AFD. Please stop creating pages unless you can provide more than two sentences on them. Two sentences is NOT an article. Thanks. I will unblock now but keep these things in mind. Sasquatch t|c 19:53, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Discretionary sanctions notification[edit]

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding all edits about, and all pages related to post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Richard B. Spencer shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for edit warring on Richard B. Spencer, in defiance of the hidden, but prominent, comment "This may *not* be changed without getting consensus on the talk page. Any attempts may result in an immediate block", together with posting racist rants on its talkpage ("you leftists will all pay and you will all pay very dearly for what you have done/allowed to happen", referring to fellow editors as "anti-whites" etc etc[1]). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bishonen | talk 15:06, 28 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
