The reason left by Rusalkii was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Only new source is facebook, which is user-generated. Sources are mostly about the crash, with the people mentioned incidentally. Also, see WP:NOTNEWS and WP:BLP1E; the crash may be considered notable, but since the person is only known for the crash, Wikipedia policy is to not have a biography on him.
