Speedy deletion nomination of Template:X-unencyc

If you are willing and able to come back and follow proper guidelines for behavior, you will find people willing to consider your request. I appreciate your candor in admitting the previous account, but there is a procedure to follow. You might consider reading WP:GAB for help. We all make mistakes and we try to be forgiving and willing to give each other second chances, but again, there is a procedure to follow. I haven't looked at your history with the other account, but assume if you address the concerns there and can make assurances that you have no intention of causing disruption, your odds of starting anew will be much better.
