IVC

Please read the talk page. There's a link to the original Nature article. There are no 8000 year old civilizations. The early stages that led up the the IVC have been pushed back but they weren't urban, had no centralised authority, etc. Newspapers aren't a good source for archaeology as they tend to give things a spin to sell papers. Hi, thanks for message. I deleted your article because

it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the organisation claims or interviewing its management. You gave no independent in-line references at all. The fact that it is claimed to be a government project may make it notable, although 13 staff seems a bit on the small side, but you need proper sources
it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.

there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections. that's particularly the case when they are spamlinks
Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: There are three other major Australian universities participating... The centre is also supported by four corporate partners... The centre achieves its goal... The centre structures its activities around these clusters and also engages in “fore-sighting”, “capacity and capability building”, and “insights” generation... advisors have extensive expertise

it's all about what organisation does, little about the organisation itself other than locations. To show notability you need hard verifiable facts such as the number of employees, funding and expenditure.
please reply to my message (on its Talk page)— I don't routinely reply to talk page comments, since they are a chance to contest the deletion rather than a request for comment. You needed to ask on my talk, as you have now done. It's perfectly possible to promote government organisations. If I say The Australia Indonesia Centre" is doing a great job", that's promotional
