WSME (1120 AM) is an Eastern North Carolina radio station broadcasting an oldies format. Freedom 1120 features the best music of the 1960s and 1970s, ranging from classic hits of the era to ballads, soul and beach music. WSME is licensed to the town of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the "Home of the Brave." The station has become an important part of the greater Jacksonville, North Carolina community since signing on in at its current dial position more than a decade ago. The station was originally licensed to broadcast on 1580 AM. Freedom 1120 serves Coastal North Carolina all the way from the Crystal Coast down to Wilmington, North Carolina. The station is licensed to B&M Broadcasting LLC. Eastern North Carolina radio veteran Ashley Moseley is President and General Manager.
