The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur also known as IIM Nagpur is a public business school located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.[1]

It is one of the nineteen Indian Institutes of Management. The institution started the first batch of its Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management from 23rd, July 2015. The institute has started groundwork for its activities under the guidance and mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, one of the leading institutes of management in India and the Asia-Pacific.

IIM N will be temporarily located within the campus of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology till it moves to its own campus of approx 200 acres near Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur in about 3 years time.[2][3]

Academics

IIM Nagpur offers Post Graduate Program (PGP), which is equivalent to the MBA. It is a two year fully residential program. The current intake in IIM Nagpur is 60 in each batch.

Field Immersion Program of IIM Nagpur

The field immersion is a program organized at IIM Nagpur for the students. For fifteen days, the students work at a private or government organization and help them in solving their day-to-day problems through the learning acquired by them in the classes. Some of the field immersion partner firms are Commissionerate (Nagpur), MGNREGA (Maharashtra), Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (MSSDS), Spacewood, Plasto, Amul, NEERI etc.

Faculty

All the faculty at IIM Nagpur are from IIM Ahmedabad and a few from other institutes.
