Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that recently you carried out a copy and paste page move from Interstellar planetary mass object . Please do not move articles by copying and pasting them because it splits the article's history, which is needed for attribution and is helpful in many other ways. If there is an article that you cannot move yourself using the move link at the top of the page, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Also, if there are any other articles that you copied and pasted, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. Billion pool[edit]

This message is regarding your creation of Wikipedia:Billion pool. Now is not the time for a pool of a number of articles more than 10 million. I nominated it for deletion. Georgia guy 23:14, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It has no purpose. The time to create a 20M pool is when Wikipedia reaches 2.5M articles. The time to create a billion pool is when Wikipedia reaches 100 million articles. Look at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Billion pool and it will discuss a debate with the consensus to delete. Are you a sockpuppet of the creator of the billion pool of then?? Please do not lie. Georgia guy 23:27, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Space restroom, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Space restroom/toilet[edit]

I thought somebody would have had to post an article about that by now. Realkyhick 08:32, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dumb Question...[edit]

So, why is there now a redirect from 533 (number) to 500 (number)? It seems illogical to me. And perhaps wrong. Can you gimme a good reason? Mercy--talk at me 12:46, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The word fox appears on the page Kurama (YuYu Hakusho). That doesn't mean I'd redirect it. Mercy--talk at me 12:51, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You seem to have created a lot of number redirect pages of questionable value. Number pages can be a hot topic with a considerable number of people keen to delete all non notable ones. You might like to gain community consensue on the issue at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Numbers before doing any more. If you looking for things to do have a look at Wikipedia:Community Portal. --Salix alba (talk) 21:29, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Eleventy billion bottles of beer...[edit]

Somehow I was away for this: Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:Eleventy-billion pool and the most charming and edited of the far-far-future pools was deleted (slightly less out-of-process than last time). Just a heads-up. +sj + 09:06, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Colonization of the North Pole[edit]

An editor has nominated Colonization of the North Pole, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Colonization of the North Pole and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 20:59, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

587[edit]

I'm curious -- why did you make 587 (number) redirect to 500 (number)? -- RoySmith (talk) 02:50, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on 604 (group) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Joe Decker (talk) 04:40, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 696 (number) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 05:36, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of 490 (number)[edit]

Hello Astroguy2,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged 490 (number) for deletion, because it doesn't seem to have any encyclopedic content.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Nomination of 620 (number) for deletion[edit]

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/620 (number) until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion.
