The sources you cited in the latest version of Oliver M. Gruber-Lavin Ochoa all contain information about organizations and political parties, but do not directly so much as mention the name of "Oliver M. Gruber-Lavin Ochoa". For this article to remain at Wikipedia, it must contain citations to published independent reliable sources that discuss Lavin himself in some detail. This means not his personal web pages or social media presence, nor interviews, those are not independent. This means not blogs or other people's personal web pages, those are not reliable. This means not directory listings nor mere passing mentions, those are not in significant detail. Each source should devote multiple paragraphs to Lavin, even if he is not the primary subject of the source. Sources need not be in English, but if they are not, a translation should be offered, at least of the passages that discuss Lavin. Sources need not be online, but it is good if they are. Enough information must be given to find the exact passage cited: for a book publication data and page number at a minimum. For a newspaper, name date, page, title of article, and if possible, column. For a magazine, name, date, title of article and page. For a web source, URL, title of page, and name of site or publisher. If possible, provide date and author of content on the site. Without such sources, there cannot and will not be an articel about lavin on Wikipedia. If this version is deleted and you wish to try again, I urge you to use the article wizard. That establishes, I take it, that Lavin was indeed elected to the post of district Councillor. But it doesn't say anything about him specifically. If it was a post in a national or provincial legislature, there mere fact of election would perhaps be enough, but not at the level of a district Councillor. Unless sources are presented that actually discuss the man in some detail, the article will be deleted. That is how Wikipedia works. DES (talk) 22:59, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
