Hey, I'm Hunter, the guy who reviewed the GAN for Bart the Mother. I figured you could answer this question for me. How can I find the weekly ratings from the week a specific episode aired? For example, I'd like to improve this specific Law & Order episode to GA status, but it aired on November 28, 2006 and I don't know how to find the ratings for it from that week. Can you help? --Hunter Kahn (talk) 15:58, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

*Thank you VERY much! I couldn't find anything on the ratings for this episode, so I really appreciate that link. Is this the site you use regularly for ratings? Universities vs. Colleges

There is a legal difference between a college and a university in Alberta. The the articles List of universities in the Canadian Prairies and List of universities and colleges in Alberta both eroneously list colleges as universities. Currently there is a bill before the Alberta legislature to rechristen MacEwan College and Mount Royal College as universities Intercamp, "MacEwan and MRC could add University to name". A university is also different that a "university college" which is infact, legally a college. (see Alberta Advanced Education). In both cases I think we should work to correct the articles, and since you have been a major contributor, I would like to work with you to build consensus for the changes.

On a related note, I agree with the recently posted critque of List of universities in the Canadian Prairies that it is geographically abtitrary. Why should they not be provincial rather than regional lists? Legaly universities are creations of the provinces. --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 21:20, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I take it you agree that the lack of distinction between colleges and universities and colleges is a problem. Yes? --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 21:49, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1. Universities are not the only intitutions that offer degrees in Alberta. Some colleges do as well. Specifically: Private Colleges:

 • Ambrose University College
 • Canadian University College
 • Concordia University College of Alberta
 • DeVry Institute of Technology-Calgary
 • The King's University College
 • St. Mary's University College
 • Taylor University College and Seminary

Public Colleges:

 • Grant MacEwan College
 • Mount Royal College

2. "University Colleges" in Alberta are legally colleges, not universities.

I'm going to assume that the Government of Alberta's definition of a university has legal force whereas the AUCC's does not. I would think that this is not the only province where this is true. We should look for province-specific sources, rather than relying on the AUCC. --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 19:54, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As much as I appreciate the effort (trust me I really do), I believe that all the articles that you created are not anywhere near what they need to be and I think it's impossible for them to ever be because I have been trying to work on finding sources for all that is needed for months now. Please go to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Slipknot to continue this discussion but I feel that the current articles are (to be honest) useless and I feel they should be deleted. Image/File

I noticed you switched my change back to File instead of Image on Final Fantasy (video game). Is this the preferred way of listing images? I was just using the changes checklinks made, but I can easily switch back tags when fixing links if they should not be changed to Image. Thanks, Ost (talk) 20:54, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the response and help. I played around more with checklinks and it doesn't seem to change File to Image on all pages (including if you try to run it on Final Fantasy again). I think it may have to do with consistency within the article. Before my edit, some of the markup used Image and others used File. My edit changed to all Image and your current revision is all File. I could be wrong, but I know I didn't manually change to Image. I'll pay attention for the change in the future and be sure to use File. —Ost (talk) 22:05, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Question about Ratings

Hey, I'm Hunter, the guy who reviewed the GAN for Bart the Mother. I figured you could answer this question for me. How can I find the weekly ratings from the week a specific episode aired? For example, I'd like to improve this specific Law & Order episode to GA status, but it aired on November 28, 2006 and I don't know how to find the ratings for it from that week. Can you help? --Hunter Kahn (talk) 15:58, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
