Muhammad Ashraf Asif Jalali (born 12 April 1968) also known as Kanzul Ulama is a Pakistani politician and Islamic scholar belonging to the Barelvi movement. He is the Founder-President of Tehreek Labbaik Islam,[2][3] founder of Tehreek-e-Sirat-e-Mustaqeem and Chairman of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Ya RasoolAllah, which later got launched as Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan by Khadim Hussain Rizvi.[4][5] He fought 2018 National Assembly of Pakistan elections from NA-124 of Lahore.[6]

Jalali was born in Bhikhi, Pakistan on 12 April 1968.
Activisms
D Chowk Protest
In 2016, Jalali along with Khadim Hussain Rizvi and other Sunni Barelvi activists organized a protest against the Government of Pakistan in support of Mumtaz Qadri, the assassin of Salman Taseer at D Chowk, Islamabad in which more than 20000 protestors were booked and resulted in the imposing of Section 144.[7]

2018 Election
He Contest Election from Lahore NA-124 on the symbol of Tehreek Labbaik Islam with the support of Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan but he did not manage to win.[8]
2020 Arrested
Punjab Police arrested Jalali due to his derogatory remarks on Fatimah, which was opposed by both Shia and Sunni Muslims.[9][10] He was later released after an order from Lahore High Court, Pakistan.[11]

Dr Jalali and His Party Tehreek Labbaik Islam (TLI) took part in Election 2018 from National Assembly NA-128 (Lahore-XII) [15] and NA 82 Gujranwala[16] seats.[17][18][19][20][21] His Election symbol is Cannon.

He organize and arranged many protests for his stance against Namoos e Risalat and 295C Law Blasphemy law He was Arrested due to protests against government on October 12, 2017[22][23]
SEMINAR AND CONFERENCES
Dr Ashraf Asif Jalali organized hundreds of seminars and conferences, one of his Seminar named "Aqeeda e Toheed" seminar is very famous world wide[24][25][26][27]
FOLLOWING AND STANCE
His followers are around the world and has a strong stance for the protection of 295C, (law) and worked for Namoos e Risalat and Khatm e Nabuwat.[28][29][30]
