Assistance with a backlog

Missing 'Fair use' rationales

There is now a WP:DBR of images without rationales: Wikipedia:Database_reports/Non-free_files_missing_a_rationale which I am adding to my TODO list..

Repeatedly adding copyvio notices on a User's Talk page, even when there are multiple concerns, is often looked upon as harrassment.
