Hi, I noticed you've tagged this image for deletion.

I have explicit permission from the company's marketing department to use this image on Wikipedia. I have mentioned this in the image description.

I understand the Wikipedia inclination to use free alternatives "when/where available", but in this case, there are NO alternatives available.

Could you please explain to me, in simple terms, the problem with using content that is copyrighted, but the copyright holder explicitly allows it to be posted on Wikipedia? And provide a suggestion on how this issue can be resolved?
