Monica Jean Rial (born October 5, 1975 in Houston, Texas [3] is an American voice actress, ADR director, and script writer for Funimation Entertainment/OkraTron 5000 and ADV Films/Seraphim Digital. She has provided voices for a number of English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. She is currently the most prolific anime voice actor in the United States having voiced over 300 characters in various anime.
