Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Naga, Cebu, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to contain material copied from http://www.philstar.com/business-usual/2012/06/25/820966/economic-boom-brings-prosperity-cebus-new-cities, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators are liable to be blocked from editing.

If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under license allowed by Wikipedia, then you should do one of the following:

:*If you have permission from the author to release the text under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC-BY-SA), leave a message explaining the details at Talk:Naga, Cebu and send an email with confirmation of permission to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for instructions.
:*If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted "under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC-BY-SA), version 3.0", or that the material is released into the public domain, or if you have strong reason to believe it is, leave a note at Talk:Naga, Cebu with a link to where we can find that note or your explanation of why you believe the content is free for reuse.
It may also be necessary for the text be modified to have an encyclopedic tone and to follow Wikipedia article layout. For more information on Wikipedia's policies, see Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Relationship with Alpha Sigma Phi of the United States.

I see nothing in the article on the relationship which is referenced. I did find one phrase that occurs in 3 different places in the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website:

Alpha Sigma Phi Philippines has no affiliation with Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc. and is not a recognized entity of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc.

(found at http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Join-Fast-Facts.html , http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Friends-and-Family-Fast-Facts.html , http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Our-Fraternity-Fast-Facts.html ). Please let me know what you think is a reference that contradicts that and if so, any method of determining which is correct.Naraht (talk) 15:12, 19 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

At least in the public area, the most that I get out of the link is that a brother from ASP-USA-HQ gave IDs and kits. While on an official page, I'm not sure that this contradicts the statement on the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website. We probably should move this discussion to the talk page for Alpha Sigma Phi of the Philippines, OK?Naraht (talk) 15:47, 19 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is no phrase that Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity-U.S.A. has allowed Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity-Philippines to use and wear the Coat of Arms and Seal of Alpha Sigma Phi-U.S.A. As I see in the Facebook and even in their ASP-Philippines National Convention, they are using such Coat of Arms and Seal of ASP-U.S.A. which is an outright violation of copyright and infringement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.28.221.21 (talk) 14:51, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Yael Yuzon, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Filipino (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Santino Marella does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks!--Bbb23 (talk) 02:42, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Good faith goes both ways

For my part I assumed good faith in your edit given your history and didn't count on rampant acts of vandalism to prove something or you playing the martyr on my talk page. If you don't care for your work to be scrutinized or second-guessed you may be better off not submitting it here. If not don't let a bad experience deter you. In any case take care. Papacha (talk) 03:15, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Glad you're still editing. Apologies for getting off on the wrong foot, I've been told I come off as kind of abrasive in my edit summaries. Don't intend to usually, I just half-ass being a full-blown jerk 75% of the time. :P Papacha (talk) 22:51, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Sponge Cola. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Sorry for that accidental removal of the maintenance template. It was pure accidental. Thanks. HavenHost (talk) 12 March 2012 (UTC)

Gangrel's finisher

I'm unsure as to why you reverted my edit, but I've added it back simply because the OWOW source has it listed that way. Plus, a lot of WWF media around that time called it the "Implant DDT". Mac Dreamstate (talk) 14:44, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:IContactlogoNew-png.svg)

Thanks for uploading File:IContactlogoNew-png.svg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Lower-card status

I noticed that you removed "lower-card status" from several headers of pages. I'm pretty sure I edited several of these into the pages in the first place. I understand your viewpoint that it is jargon, but yet I feel that the essence of the jargon in question is important enough for it to be included in an alternative form, if it could. I feel that it would better summarise the section of said wrestler's career rather than just "singles competition" or "various storylines and alliances", which are vague enough. Could you think of any? Starship.paint (talk) 13:14, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Naga, Cebu. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

 1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
 2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Unbuttered parsnip (talk) mytime= Tue 21:10, wikitime= 13:10, 22 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
