Information

I am The Iron Warrior, fan of all things Marvel and DC. See my Marvel Brickfilm Universe draft if it becomes a Wikipedia page. That's a MARVEL itself. (P.S., I can tell if my page has been edited by someone else or not.)

Spider-Man. The Fantastic Four. The Avengers. The X-Men. I've loved Marvel Comics forever. Same with the characters of DC Comics. I wish to work for them. These are the big two comic companies. Marvel and DC have fantastic commitment to comics. So I wish to commit to fandom by correcting the lists of films and television series based on Marvel and DC Comics on Wikipedia.

Problems I Have Noticed

People are saying that there's an X-Men film universe, even though live-action X-Men programs take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Yet they say Inhumans is in the MCU. What's up with that? And they call Vertigo and WildStorm DC imprints. So much incorrect stuff.

Request reason:

I am not attempting at vandalizing or adding incorrect or unsourced information. I am just trying to improve the site's content. I am here to contribute to Wikipedia, and I wish to continue, so please unblock me. --The Iron Warrior (talk) 17:09, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I cannot unblock you at this time. You need to address the many issues raised by others and removed from your talkpage. (1) From DoRD, . . .but you need to decide which of your accounts, this one or Iron Warrior the Editor (talk · contribs), you're going to be using. Also, I've blocked IronWarriorBot (talk · contribs) because it violates the username policy. —DoRD (talk) 12:49, 29 August 2018 (UTC) (2) You must afirm that you will not add unsourced or poorly sourced material. (3) You must not remove cited material w/o gaining consensus on article talk page. (4) You must not use your user space as a webhost. (5) You must stop tagging your talk page for deletion. We do not delete user talk pages. (6) You may not claim to be up for adminship or claim any other user right you do not have. (7) You will not post about other users on WP:UAA. (8) You will explain the processes for WP:dispute resolution and WP:BRD in your own words. (9) You will give examples of constructive edits you would make. (10) Anyone may add more condtions for unblock if I missed anything. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 19:30, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Dlohcierekim, I am using The Iron Warrior (I am trying not to be a sock puppeteer. That was intended to be a bot. I am very sorry. IronWarriorBot was blocked, anyway. I will stop and be a better Wikipedian. I am not using Iron Warrior the Editor. In fact, I stopped using Iron Warrior the Editor because I forgot the password. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 19:47, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. User talk pages are not typically deleted; in most cases you are free to blank your own talk page (except for declined unblock requests while blocked) 331dot (talk) 15:33, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You are not currently up for adminship, please do not say that you are. 331dot (talk) 17:30, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What led to my block was editing and making a bot. That's just it. I'm not trying to harm anyone or anything here on Wikipedia. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 12:17, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You need to address the points given above by Dlohcierekim. 331dot (talk) 12:20, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Also, please d not respond within the decline template. It just creates more confusion and is inelegant.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 12:22, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

(2) I affirm that I will not add unsourced or poorly sourced material. (3) I will not remove cited material w/o gaining consensus on article talk page. (8) I will explain the processes for WP:dispute resolution and WP:BRD in my own words. (9) I will give examples of constructive edits you would make. So, simply, yes, I agree. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 12:31, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Copying what you were told as your response, while substituting "I" for "you", is not what you are being asked to do. Several of the points are asking for a detailed answer from you, not just agreement. 331dot (talk) 12:33, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I will not have webhost material, report other users on WP:UAA, tag my talk page for deletion, or delete important talk page messages. I'd change the production companies on the list of films based on Marvel Comics if I weren't blocked. I will find resolutions to my disputes using the site's dispute resolution page. This is about keeping cool when things get hot and how to solve problems when you are having a problem with another editor. I will not run for adminship because I am not up for it. So I agree, User:331dot and Dlohcierekim. I am very sorry and must get out of those habits. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 13:00, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
And what source are you going to use for your edits to production companies at List of films based on Marvel Comics? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 13:06, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I will use https://comicbook.com/marvel/2018/06/09/marvel-studios-x-men-rights-kevin-feige/ when I edit the list, due to it mentioning the X-Men. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 13:09, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
That doesn't say anything about who was a production company on any specific films. It talks about some deal that might go through. This entry from the American Film Institute says who the production company is for The Avengers. I would suggest checking WP:FILM/R and using one of those sources, preferably Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, or AFI. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 14:12, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, NinjaRobotPirate. But may you please unblock me now? I have some things to do. --The Iron Warrior (talk to user) 14:15, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
