Somebody needs to add to the biography and flesh it out. Given Rob's age, he would have been vulnerable to the draft and Vietnam, and those were the two enormously big issues of the era when he was young, so the main article should include detail. This is germane because Reiner later became such a vociferous liberal advocate, and serving in a war when you are young shows whether you are willing to do (or not do) when your own life is at stake. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.49.27.38 (talk) 15:57, 31 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Rob "Meathead" Reiner

His name is Rob "Meathead" Reiner so stop changing it. 75.7.16.79 (talk) 19:30, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources do not refer to him as Meathead Reiner. That was the nickname of his character on All In the Family, decades ago. It's addressed in the Career section of the article, but does not belong in the lead. Schazjmd (talk) 20:08, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Robert Norman Reiner should be Robert Reiner:
  • Rob Reiner does not have a middle name:
