Michael Marcantonio and the cocktail party

The section stating that a discussion with Michael Marcantonio and political expediency convinced her to switch her personal beliefs is unsubstantiated as well as uncorroborated. Even though organizations such as the New York Times and The Guardian ran with it, the pieces read like gossip magazines. The article should at least state that this is only alleged. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.115.4.205 (talk) 16:02, 23 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have updated this paragraph to clarify that it is Marcantonio's claim via an interview with the New York Times that is being stated. It is unnecessary to further state that a person's claims in an interview aren't objective fact. If anyone has a reliable source claiming this story is uncorroborated by McEnany, please update the text to include such an important fact. I found no such source. john factorial (talk) 20:15, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"It is unnecessary to further state that a person's claims in an interview aren't objective fact."
[Four sections later...]
"McEnany falsely claimed Trump was not given an "orderly transition of power" - His campaign was infiltrated, surveilled and illegally wiretapped by a rogue circle of top FBI agents and DOJ personnel, one of whom has already been convicted for falsifying evidence against Carter Page to perpetrate a fraud on the FISA court. There has been considerable coverage by reliable sources that both Biden AND Obama and several members of Obama's NSC were aware of this illegal campaign. As for Clinton, she literally hired the agent of a foreign power to spread utterly discredited Russian Agitprop, which she *falsely* claimed was "treason" (Treason is one of the only crimes specifically defined by the Constitution).
"McEnany spread false claims of fraud in the 2020 election." Fraud that cannot be refuted by any reliable source, because Joe Biden 'won' an election that no court agreed to investigate. Also, several instances of widespread fraud have been reported, such as in PA, where the courts found that the Secretary of State violated the State Constitution, and WI, where the special prosecutor recently recommended that WI's electors be decertified after finding > 20,000 instances of nursing home voting by people that think Reagan is still president.
You're full of shit, John Factorial. 47.200.200.226 (talk) 16:03, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not clearly written

What is this supposed to mean?

"... she began supporting Trump after receiving his advice over cocktails."

From whom? From Trump? From someone else? This should be deleted if it cannot be written clearly.

Also, the parenthetical "(1L)" after a mention of her first year at law school is entirely gratuitous. 2601:200:C000:1A0:C22:2D03:4771:E329 (talk) 11:38, 25 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"According to Michael Marcantonio, a fellow summer associate at a law firm, she began supporting Trump after receiving his advice over cocktails." The sentence grammar can only refer to Marcantonio or Trump. The reference makes it clear the pronoun's target is Marcantonio. I have edited this sentence to clarify. You could have done this yourself with less effort than was required to edit this talk page. Be bold. john factorial (talk) 18:42, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It is sexist innuendo leveled against a woman who was a Harvard Law graduate in the top 1% of her class and who previously studied politics at Georgetown and Oxford. "The Guardian" ran with this because this is what "Reliable Sources" do. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.200.200.226 (talk) 16:14, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Her sister Ryann Mcenany

Should we add a sentence on Kayleigh's younger sister, Ryann? She is the social media coordinator for Trump's re-election campaign.[1]

The following should be updated: “McEnany falsely claimed that the Mueller Report as part of the larger investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 Presidential election had resulted in a "complete and total exoneration of President Trump," despite the report reading "Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”[1] 2601:642:4C08:C04:D0CE:136:360C:882B (talk) 04:50, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not from Tampa

Article states she's from Tampa but she's actually from Plant City. She stated this herself on Fox News, Apr. 5th 2023. Also found a few links saying this as well. Guardian Fox13 2603:9001:2807:B7BC:5CBC:E514:3031:1897 (talk) 22:25, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

2020 presidential election and aftermath

She was clearly referring, with her comments, to Democrats attempting to delegitimze Trump's election, by claiming Russian interference and collusion. Trump did not recieve a super smooth transition. Obviously, nobody stormed the Capitol, then, but Democrats were not gracioso at all. What McEnany claimed is true. 201.207.239.170 (talk) 03:30, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
