Information icon Hello, I'm InfiniteNexus. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of roles and awards of Tom Holland, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. InfiniteNexus (talk) 16:29, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Mia Khalifa. Thank you. Morbidthoughts (talk) 02:35, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Annie Oakley, you may be blocked from editing. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 01:23, 26 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Links to draft articles

Information icon Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to L'Arroseur Arrosé. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:25, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm CorbieVreccan. I noticed that you recently removed content from Sacheen Littlefeather without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. - CorbieVreccan 23:42, 6 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Foxy Lloyd moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Foxy Lloyd. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Concern regarding Wingwomen

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Wingwomen, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it has been moved to Draft:Wingwomen where you can continue to work on it. Please consider using the Article Wizard or the Articles for Creation procedure. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read "Your first article". You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. No issues found so far, however it lacks secondary sources for verification therefore you are given more time to incubate in draftspace shelovesneo (talk) 23:51, 20 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted your addition of an unsourced date of birth to Jocelyn Towne. In addition to Wikipedia's basic principle of citing sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources), a special need for citations applies with regard to elements of a biography of a living person (WP:BLPPRIVACY). Feel free to add a date of birth when it is accompanied by a citation to a reliable, published, non-primary source. Eddie Blick (talk) 22:51, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to David Cohen (Jack the Ripper suspect). Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. shelovesneo (talk) 09:22, 3 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The article did contain sources, so that was not a reason to move the page to a draft. However, Vwqvj qwhiu, I do not think you have added any new information beyond that contained in Jack the Ripper suspects#David Cohen, so I do not see the need for a separate article. Are you planning on adding more information? If not, I think David Cohen (Jack the Ripper suspect) should instead redirect to Jack the Ripper suspects#David Cohen. Would you agree with that? Attribution when copying text from one article to another

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Jack the Ripper suspects into Jacob Levy (murder suspect). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. If you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. SilverLocust 💬 12:30, 4 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Waxworker. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tina Yothers, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Amarna Miller. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. please don't block me from editing, i won't making disruptive edits again.. Vwqvj qwhiu (talk) 23:39, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dan Hanlon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ❯❯❯ Raydann(Talk) 17:01, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock reason

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

Vwqvj qwhiu (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I just want to add some filmography on some actor (actress) page, because there's no filmography be showed. I don't think I made disruptive edits. Allright I won't do this again.

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I just want to add some filmography on some actor (actress) page, because there's no filmography be showed. I don't think I made disruptive edits. Allright I won't do this again. |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1=I just want to add some filmography on some actor (actress) page, because there's no filmography be showed. I don't think I made disruptive edits. Allright I won't do this again. |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1=I just want to add some filmography on some actor (actress) page, because there's no filmography be showed. I don't think I made disruptive edits. Allright I won't do this again. |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
