Catie Osborn or Catieosaurus

Pinging the largest contributor @Invisiboy42293. Wanted to just open a conversation about the name of this page. Are there opinions between Catieosaurus or Catie Osborn? I only ask because Osborn does a lot of important mental health work and in press is always referred by their name, but at the same time I understand using their channels name Catieosaurus makes a lot of sense. Both make work for me so we're in this wonderfully frustrating space between Catieosaurus and Catie Osborn. I created redirects here for Catie Osborn and Catieosaurus or Cate Osborn. If I'm over thinking that's ok just let me know. Dr vulpes (💬📝) 06:01, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Redirects are a good idea - for now I think Catieosaurus is the better page name, as it seems to be what she's most widely known by and what most of her social media is under; even most of the sources I've seen that use her real name mention that she's known as Catieosaurus on TikTok. I'd only really suggest switching to Catie Osborn if she rebrands at some point, or if there's ever substantial coverage that identifies her as just Catie Osborn without mentioning the Catieosaurus branding. @Invisiboy42293 makes sense to me, I don't really edit a lot of pages like this so it's always good to learn the norms for this sort of thing. Dr vulpes (💬📝) 21:08, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I hear you, I'm a little new to this as well lol. But yeah, it seems to me that, for example, Vaush or MrBeast or LegalEagle are named for their channel names because they're more commonly identified by those names rather than their legal names. Whereas people like Lindsay Ellis and Anthony Fantano are under their legal names because they either dropped an old pseudonym or are just more known by their real name.
