the article doesn't mention where this variant of the name comes from, and the only linked interwiki to use the name is the danish one. i'm guessing it's a non-slavic variant, but it's just a guess. k kisses 16:37, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The classical Czech poem Polednice from the collection Kytice (Bouquet) should be probably mentioned. It’s Czech text is on Wikisource; it was translated into English (see the interview with the translator), but probably not available on the net.
