This article contains a complete list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Mexico The Mexico guide first launched in May 2024.[1] For the first time in its history, Michelin awarded a Michelin Star to a taco stand, Taquería El Califa de León, a 10-foot by 10-foot taquería which has been in business for 70 years.[2]
