These are the adventures of Hatim in strange lands and who encounters with strange creatures, on his mission to solve Seven Riddles , to destroy the power of the Evil.
Description:
Hatim is one of the most successful Indian television series .It was produced by the Sagar Films ( Pvt.Ltd.) for the STAR TV (Asia) television network.It was first aired on it's STAR Plus channel in December 2003.For it's producers , it was one of their biggest projects.The series is based on the the legendary character of Hatim Tai and his adventures from The Arabian Nights.In India , the story has been extremely popular among both the adults and the children for olden times.Also , many books have been written in several languages ; the television series and many movies have been made , including the regional ones.The history of Bollywood movies on Hatim Tai dates back to the early years of Indian cinema.In the Bollywood , the movies on Hatim Tai have been produced since 1929.But this television series on Hatim Tai is very different and modern from the earlier electronic versions because of the advanced technology used in computer graphics , special effects and set designs . The action scenes are also worthy of note.The beautiful huge palaces and costly costumes are the other features.It has now become an ever-popular television series , being watched by people of all ages whenever it comes on the small screen..The cast includes both the young and experienced artists from the Indian television and the film industry .The title role was played by Rahil Azam .This was his first major television role which he played superbly.He is best known for the brilliant acting and the action scenes that he did in the series.The experienced American Indian actor , Tom Alter also played an important role with perfection.The performance of Bollywood and Indian television star Nirmal Pandey , was remarkable. Ragvendra Kiku , Vijay Ganju and Pooja Rawal were the other star performers.These and all the other small and big screens artists including Ravi Khanvilkar , Neha Bam , Reshma , Aditi Pratap , Romit Prashar etc. performed excellently.The character of Hatim has been extremely popular in India.In this story , although Hatim is determined and serious about his mission , he is a lively character.Right from the beginning till the end , the friendly quarrels between him and his best-friend Hobo and their leg-pulling of each other provide more fun and humor to the story.The series is much appreciated for the acting , the music , the sound effects and the action sequences.The humor and the high adventures make it more entertaining.The fast-moving events with no unnecessary scenes make it a television masterpiece in the history of Indian adventure television series.

Since it's first airing on STAR Plus in December 2003 ,it has been aired on different television channels in India and abroad through STAR TV and the Disney Channel India .It has been aired many times on STAR Plus , STAR Utsav and STAR Vijay for which it was dubbed in the Tamil language and titled as the Maaveeran Hatim. It's ever-grown popularity led to it's twice prime-time airing on the Disney Channel India .

Plot:
The story is set in the Middle East around the Middle Ages.The story starts with the birth of the emperor of Yemen's son who is named Hatim , of whom is said that he will spread the message of peace and good.At the same time the son of the emperor of Jaffar is born , who is said that will be the greatest ever known servant of the evil spirits. The emperor of Jaffar then decides that it is better for the world that the baby is killed. The king orders that the baby's heart be burned ; his man Najumi , who secretly serves the evil spirits , burns the heart of a rabbit instead and shows it to the emperor , leaving the emperor believing that the baby is dead. Najumi names the baby Dajjal and teaches him all about the dark arts. Twenty years passed , in Jaffar Dajjal deposes and kills his parents and becomes the lord of Jaffar.He creates a fire on the top tower of his palace that grants him dark powers. Najumi explains him that to become the supreme lord of the world he is to capture the forces of good and he can do that by marrying the princess of Durgapur Sunena , but she has to do it on her own will not by force.He arrives at Durgapur to ask the hand of Sunena , but she refuses. In the middle of the conflict Sunena's brother Suraj , out of courage , takes out his sword and rips Dajjal's hand ; but it heals. Dajjal turns him into a stone statue and says to Sunana that he only can return her brother normal , but he will do so only if she is ready to marry him within seven months. In Yemen Hatim decides to marry Jasmin the Princess of Paristan.Their wedding arrangements are ready.Abruptly , Sunena's lover,another prince , comes disguised as a beggar , pleading with Hatim to help him fight Dajjal.The emperor of Yemen , Hatim,the emperor of Paristan,and Sunena's lover meet together.The emperor of Paristan reveals that when Paristan was created by the forces of good.A prophecy was made that an evil lord will control this world has long has the angel of good doesn't intervene.Hatim must solve seven questions,for which purpose he must set off on a journey.The emperor gives Hatim a magical sword. Jasmin insists Hatim to accompany Hobo , her close childhood friend and personal bodyguard.Hatim sets on the dangerous journeys along with Hobo who became his best friend.Slowly all of Dajjal's powers and magical towers get destroyed.Hatim defeats death. The questions are based on proverbs.
