WMKE-CA is the America One affiliate for Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the United States. It is owned by KM Communications, and broadcasts on VHF channel 7. The station's studios are located at 3974 South 27th St. in Milwaukee, with the station's transmitter and tower located atop the Hilton Milwaukee City Center in downtown Milwaukee; this was the same tower originally used by WCAN/WXIX/WUHF/WVTV and WDJT before WVTV and WDJT moved to towers on Milwaukee's northeast side. The station's signal is directed north from that site to prevent interference with the former main digital signal of Chicago's WLS-TV (Channel 7) (which continues to be in use as an inner-city repeater for WLS's current digital channel 44), and is localized to within Milwaukee County.

The station began broadcasting in November 1985 on channel 8 and offered local programming, public domain movies and TV shows, and music videos, with the rest of the hours filled by the live feed of the Canadian music video channel MuchMusic in its first five years until 1990, when they would start airing programming from The Box. After the Box was acquired by Viacom in 2001, the station became the MTV2 affiliate. In August 2000 WMKE moved to channel 7 to make way for WMVS's digital signal on channel 8.

In 2006, WMKE-CA dropped their MTV2 and Korean programming and became a full-time America One affiliate. This marked the network's second attempt in Milwaukee, as WMLW-CA (Channel 41) and its forerunner low-power channel W65BT had previously affiliated with the network until 2002. In October 2012, WMKE-CA changed network affiliation once again, this time to Georgia-based Gem Shopping Network As of May 21, 2012, the station's construction permit for UHF 20 has expired, though an application for UHF 21 has been made.
