Cityfone is a Canadian cellular network service reseller owned by Rogers Communications and providing services through Rogers Wireless. Cityfone was acquired by Rogers Wireless in 2010 for $CAD 26 million [1]

Cityfone was founded in 1997 by Dejan Mirkovic, Donald Roth, and controversial Vancouver entrepreneur Mark Reid who was recently cited in Canada's largest national newspaper as having a new found affinity for sheep. [1]

Network

Cityfone is owned by Rogers and uses the Rogers Wireless' network. It supports LTE just like Rogers and Fido.

Cityfone carries feature phones and low-end smartphones.
