You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Military Administration and Reforms of Sher Shah Suri requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from Sher Shah Suri. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Talk:Frederick Achom, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Frederick Achom

Greetings. I just wanted to share something with you. I occasionally take gigs on Fiverr for paid editing on Wikipedia, but I also make sure I declare all paid editing as outlined in WP:PAID. A couple of weeks ago I was asked if I could do some very specific edits to the Frederick Achom article, I was sent a Word document with edits I was asked to do and comments I was asked to post on the talk page. I turned that gig down as some of the changes asked for were hardly neutral. I'm seeing some edits from you that are very close or identical to what someone offered to pay me to do, but no declaration of paid editing or conflict of interest has been made that I can see. Since I do legitimate paid work on Wikipedia now I want to make sure there is no undeclared paid editing going on. Basically, I cannot sit silently by when I know the rules are being broken, I would recommend coming clean if you are indeed being paid.  MPJ-DK  02:34, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings! First of all, at first level I am really really thankful to you, because I was not aware of all these conflicts that you brought to my notice. Now as I have great honor for you as you are much more senior and great editor. Honestly I request you to be my mentor, I first confess what I have done wrong. I was asked on fiverr to make some specific changes, about the Legal issues of Mr. Fredrick Achom, I was not aware of the conflict at that time and I took the project just for 40$, I had to change the heading and some data in that category. I researched, and found that my client has some legitimate claims, so I made the edit. But later, I got interested in the page, as it is my nature I get interested in things I do, (like you can see my contributions, I have made edits to a single article many times to make it better) and I was not even paid for that. I added the information after studying the references. It was just because of my curious nature, I was not paid a single penny after the first change. But I was not aware of the severity of controversial case. Second I also accept that, I have voted to keep the RJ Tolson page, because I was paid 5$ and I did it after studying the case, I thought he is a renowned personality so there is no harm to vote to keep, and I gave my point of view on that. These are two edits I was paid for, I was not paid before and not after these two. But You can see my contributions and you would know that I love Wikipedia as it has been my source of knowledge and I love to spread knowledge. I apologies for my immature behavior, as I was not aware of such policies and conflicts, I request you to forgive my mistakes. I was trying to make some living out of my skills but I think I need a mentor to learn more, would you like to accept me as your student? and I promise I would never ever do anything like that again. Information icon Hello! Thank you for your recent contributions to Eshal Fayyaz. I did have one note for you. I am working on a maintenance project to clean up Category:Pages using infoboxes with thumbnail images. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). If you have any questions, let me know! :-) You can respond on my talk page, or here. If you respond here, please include {{ping|zackmann08}} in your response so I am notified. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 16:38, 21 July 2016 (UTC) Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 15:13, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. If you truly want to learn about paid editing on Wikipedia I will do what I can to show you the ropes, I don't have all the answers myself - I have only done paid editing for about a month but have been on Wikipedia for almost 10 years and I am still learning things. So the most important thing to remember is that you have to state when you got paid to do edits, I always have done this to ensure there are no mistakes or misunderstandings. I have a whole page where I list my paid edits User:MPJ-DK/Paid Work, I also have a statement at the top of my user page and talk page stating that I do occasionally do paid editing.

  • If you look at the history of a page I created you can see that I clearly state I was paid etc. And I also put a tag on the talk page of any article I get paid to edit/create.
  • I would recommend you get familiar with WP:PAID and WP:COI if you want to keep taking paid gigs through Fiverr.
  • Now we have to address something else, I think you would do yourself huge favor by making this same statement on the COI Notice board case here and see what sort of sanctions they suggest. It will look better to state it and mention that I'm trying to work with you to make sure the rules are being followed.  MPJ-DK  23:38, 26 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That is really kind from your end, would you help me to come out of this situation? Because I really love everything on Wikipedia and I am a true Wikipedia, so I don't want any kind of trouble. I just want to learn more and more and that would be great, because I believe that there is only one virtue that is knowledge and one sin that is ignorance. I am much pleased to here from you. I would love to work with you, if you take me as your pupil. Because I believe what we can learn from a teacher, no book can teach you that. So be kind and help me in learning things. You would find me the most curious, most obedient and most active student ever. Awais Azad (talk) 07:35, 27 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
