I would like to get confirmed right as currently I am auto confirmed and unable to edit many semi protected pages I discussed this with MusikAnimal and he granted me confirmed rights temporarily during that time I was able to edit semi-protected (articles) but after that I am not even able to edit a few more articles.The main article where I first noticed this issue was Cars.Since MusikAnimal has not been online in a while would someone please help me with the issue or grant confirmed status.Thank you! I am online, but I don't know what to tell you. "Confirmed" did not do the trick. You said you cleared your browser's cache at one point and saw the "View source" tab again instead of "Edit", and that was while you were manually confirmed. I can also say that manual confirmation makes no difference at all here since you are "autoconfirmed". You might consider raising your issue at WP:VPT, where a broader technical community might be able to help. @Bingobro: While logged in to your Bingobro account (you must be logged in for this to work), go to this page, which is a sandbox in my userspace, and attempt to save an edit. What do you see? I have read through your discussion with MusikAnimal on his talk page, and based on the information you presented, I agree that assigning the "confirmed" right manually is not the solution. I am requesting for permissions to the America's Got Talent series of articles, in particular, the current season, America's Got Talent (season 12). I have been watching the show since its premiere and would like to keep the current season's article up-to-date, as it does not seem that any confirmed or autoconfirmed users are doing so to the full extent. And, with the qualifications for autoconfirmed user require four days of existence and a minimum of ten prior edits, I am asking for request to edit these semi-protected pages in order to keep them as updated, with the most credible information, as possible.
