Ways to improve Russian interference in the 2016 United Kingdom referendum on exiting the European Union

Hi, I'm Slatersteven. Wikidea, thanks for creating Russian interference in the 2016 United Kingdom referendum on exiting the European Union!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This really needs a lot of work top be a stand alone article. At this time it really is little more then a collection of random opinions.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Russian interference in the 2016 United Kingdom referendum on exiting the European Union is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Russian interference in the 2016 United Kingdom referendum on exiting the European Union until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. — JFG talk 01:56, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article Re Conegrade Ltd has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No sources, and no indication that this case played any important role in setting precedent.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A dead link (?) ... or something (on the "User:" page for "Wikidea")

This might not be your department ... maybe it is something external to your user page, that changed, and/OR something that you might not care about ...

anyway, the first entry under User:Wikidea#Interesting pages from Britannica 1911 says this:

and it seems to point to the URL "http://www.1911encyclopedia.org/Category:Law".

However, there seems to be something wrong with that entire domain name, (www.1911encyclopedia.org). Clicking on that link, gives some kind of an "ERROR MESSAGE" web page (feel free to try it yourself) ... saying -- [in part!] -- something like

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Even trying to enter a Plano vanilla URL of "http://www.1911encyclopedia.org/" (in to my browser "location" window) ... with pretty much nothing but that domain name ... results in some kind of "IOU" -type web page ... which seems to suggest that maybe the web hosting isn't set up [correctly], and/or maybe there is some problem with the domain name registration ... or something.

Just "FYI". Read or Ignore ... --Mike Schwartz (talk) 21:50, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks - will fix! Wikidea 22:29, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Treaty establishing the European Community requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —swpbT go beyond 16:15, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Inquiring about sources of information on UK EPL

Hi there. I came across your informative articles on employment protection legislation in the UK. I'm writing my dissertation on the development of EPL in the UK from the 1950 to the present period. I'd like to pick your brain about a few things. Could you please email me at ferdosi@bell.net
