Outlet Collection At Niagara is an open-air outlet shopping mall located in Niagara On The Lake at Queen Elizabeth Way and Glendale Avenue. near St. Catharines. It opened on May 15, 2014.[1]
The outlet mall is one of two in Niagara Region, Canada One Factory Outlet is a smaller outlet centre within Niagara Falls with 40 tenants.
