Kampatimar Shankariya

Hello, I don't see Kampatimar Shankariya in this list. According to Murderpedia (I don't know if it is allowed to give this url : http://murderpedia.org/male.S/s/shankariya.htm ), this Indian male killed at least 70 people. A Youtube video gave him the 5th place of the top 10 worst serial killers : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxu2dJg9XtQ

The article on Luis Garavito states he also committed his crimes in Argentina as well! Therefore Argentina should be listed in the main article on this page! It states it more than once!
