The 2024 Constitution Party presidential primaries was a presidential primary in the United States for the presidential nominee of the Constitution Party.[1]

Randall Terry, an anti-abortion activist and 2012 presidential candidate, won the party nomination.[2]

Stephen Broden was nominated for vice president.[3]
