There seems to be a bit of back and forth on including the names of Griffin McElroy's children within the article. I made two edits to remove the names, but they have been re-added each time so a discussion here felt appropriate. |

I read through WP:BLPNAME and my personal interpretation of the guidelines there is that if an article subject's children are not themselves notable, it is better to err on the side of keeping the names private. In this specific instance, the sources used in the article include the names of the two children so it's clear that Griffin McElroy is not trying to keep the names private. I'm still not personally sure the names should be included even if the sources give the names. Additional input would be appreciated. – OdinintheNorth (talk) 17:39, 15 April 2024 (UTC) |

Including names of children[edit]
There seems to be a bit of back and forth on including the names of Griffin McElroy's children within the article. I made two edits to remove the names, but they have been re-added each time so a discussion here felt appropriate.
