==Thanks for help moving Beverly Lorraine Greene==
I didn't expect help so quickly! I don't know that much about her, but it was a real thorn in the side of the people who had been working on beefing up her story that Wikipedia showed the name spelled wrong. February songs

February songs
frozen

Today is a feast day for which Bach wrote several cantatas including Mit Fried und Freud ich fahr dahin, BWV 125, which was on DYK 10 years ago and TFA 4 years ago. I'm less happy that Georg Christoph Biller had to wait days for a Main page appearance under recent deaths, and then stayed not even for a full day. It would have been so meaningful today, with the man in the cantata saying he can depart in joy and peace. - The February pic was taken in memory last year. - If you click on songs: 7 cats on one pic ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:09, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Happy 2/2/22, Gerda Arendt! Wishing you joy and peace. There is so much that goes into sorting out date and duration for Mainpage appearances... I've just taken to appreciating what I see there. BTW, 8 not 7; there's 1 on the fence whom I've included in today's cropping (with thanks for the photo). :) --Rosiestep (talk) 17:37, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, - good date. Thanks for helping me count, and the exposition. After all, Biller was returned to the MP by a merciful admin for a bit longer, - in my version just filling white space. I was at a great concert so slow updating. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:57, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Gerda Arendt to add onto this, looking a bit more I believe there's a ninth one a little further down the rail, slightly hidden behind the vines! Moneytrees🏝️Talk/CCI guide 00:09, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oh my goodness, Moneytrees; you are right -- there are 9: 2 on the fence, 3 on the stone wall, 4 on the ground. --Rosiestep (talk) 02:42, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, sharp eyes, Moneytrees🏝️! - I like my talk today (keeping Biller a bit longer, and even explaining how it works), and managed to picture two more vacation days, one cat, and not looking at us (had to watch where paws went), so not good for the watching job. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:21, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
What a lovely vacation, Gerda Arendt. --Rosiestep (talk) 00:46, 4 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! Today, I decorated my talk with a Bach cantata. I heard it last year when missing RexxS began, and "not letting go" was a theme. And I managed the rest of the vacation, detecting no more cats, but a crab. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:50, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Gerda Arendt, very nice! In fact, I notice that it's a Good article started by none other than our Good friend, Dr. Blofeld. --Rosiestep (talk) 20:09, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Right, as noted on my user page and talk page. He then had the idea that all Bach cantatas should have an article, and started the missing ones all one day, and I was furious because I wanted to take them to DYK one by one ;) - So it took 10 years. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:16, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
my joy - more on my talk --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:16, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Gerda Arendt, I enjoy learning new things, including that FA. Thanks for sharing. --Rosiestep (talk) 17:59, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It was one of the first things I sang in my church choir "career" - the night before my grandfather's funeral. It helped. Second time it helped was with the arbcom sentence ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:15, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Valentine's Day edition, with spring flowers and plenty of music --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:17, 14 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Love the flowers, Gerda Arendt. The trees are blooming in my neighborhood and bulbs are popping up. It's all so beautiful this time of year. Happy Valentine's Day to you! --Rosiestep (talk) 01:14, 15 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
that sounds lovely! - 22 02 2022: music for you, today the German Main page has de:In Freundschaft. There's a long story behind it. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:34, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, @Gerda. --Rosiestep (talk) 16:11, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Question regarding Catharine Trotter Cockburn

Hello Rosie, i'm currently translating (mostly your, thx) work into de-WP. You indicated that you used a 1875-issue of Art Journal for some of the story, see Catharine Trotter Cockburn#Attribution and notes. But the link to the Journal seems to be wrong, nothing in there on Trotter. Any ideas? Best Regards, He3nry (talk) 12:02, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That is so cool, He3nry, that you're translating some of these article! Thank you for finding the ref issue with CTC; I'm stumped how it occurred. It's fixed now, using a different PD book (but the page numbers didn't change). --Rosiestep (talk) 17:58, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, that was a fast reaction :-) It is already fixed and the german version is published. Thx and have a nice weeekend, He3nry (talk) 18:18, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Liz. I should have deleted it yesterday after I realized the category would be empty as the book article I created was for an 1874 book, not an 1875 book, as I originally though. In the meantime, I've done the needful. --Rosiestep (talk) 12:31, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
