9 Story Media Group (formerly 9 Story Entertainment)[1][2] is a Canadian animation studio and distribution company, founded in September 2002[3] by Vince Commisso and Steven Jarosz. The company’s distribution arm, 9 Story Media Group[4] (formerly named 9 Story Entreprises, 9 Story Distributies and 9 Story Imagineering),[5] was launched in September 2006.[3]

On April 7, 2013, 9 Story Entertainment acquired the distribution rights of the family catalog from CCI Entertainment and finally Fantasia Animation Medias.[6]

On October 10, 2014, the company rebranded as 9 Story Media Group, shortly after media entrepreneur Neil Court, became equity investors in the organization.[2][1]
