Following is a list of rulers of Malwa since the Janpada Kingdoms:

Malwa in 1780

Malava Dynasty c. 1100-840 BCE

King Aswapati & His wife Malavi had 100 sons & 1 daughter. After Aswapati they became king of Malwa (named after Malavi) & established Malava dynasty. According to ancient records Malava dynasty ruled before Dhunji dynasty.
