2022 United States Senate election in Georgia
The 2022 United States Senate election in Georgia will be held on November 8, 2022 to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the state of Georgia .
Senator Raphael Warnock was elected in a 2021 special election runoff with 51.0% of the vote and will be eligible to seek a full term. He defeated incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler , who was appointed to the seat by Governor Brian Kemp following the resignation of Johnny Isakson at the end of 2019. Elected to serve the remainer of Isakson’s unexpired six-year term, Warnock's term will expire in 2023.
