Pulami

Pulami is one of the core castes of Magars, an indigenous ethnic group of Nepal. They are the largest indigenous group among the Magars. Pulami are living everywhere in Nepal. Major Pulami people are living in Udayapur District. They are mostly literate cast among Magar. Pulami has two major Gotro[clarification needed] popularly known as Jhingu and Dhalapi. Liel Pulami[who?] is one of celebrity among the Pulami.
