WHUA-LP was a low-power television station in Chattanooga, Tennessee, broadcasting locally on channel 44 as an affiliate of Youtoo TV. Founded July 29, 1988, the station was owned by Ying Hua Benns. The station's lineup consisted of syndicated programs, special interest programs and local news.

Until May 2006, the station was an affiliate of Urban America Television, which folded due to economic problems.

The then-WYHB-LP also carried a part-time affiliation with UPN from 2000 to 2004, until that affiliation moved to CBS affiliate WDEF-TV.

WYHB-LP closed and stopped broadcasting on July 31, 2017. The station changed its call sign to WHUA-LP on October 16, 2018, and the station's license was cancelled by the Federal Communications Commission on April 2, 2019.
