Elanthoor (Ellangalude Oor) is a village in Pathanamthitta district in the state of Kerala, India.[1]

Demographics

As of the 2011 India census, Elanthoor had a population of 15,344 with 7135 males and 8209 females.[1]

Location

The village is located between Pathanamthitta and Kozhencherry. The T. K. Road (Thiruvalla-Pathanamthitta-Kumbazha Road / SH - 07) connects to other major towns. Elanthoor is easily accessible to the Main Eastern Highway through Pathanamthitta. Elanthoor Gandhi (also known as Travancore Kumar and K. Kumarji) is a personality.
