Aniruddh Dave (born 21 July 1986 in Dehradun, India) is an Indian television actor. Aniruddh made his debut in Imagine TV's Raajkumar Aaryyan.[1] Later he entered Sahara One's Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki to play the role of Deven. He played Rajveer in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan and was seen in Phulwa as Lakhiya. He also did a film: Tere Sang directed by Satish Kaushik. He was also seen in show Y.A.R.O Ka Tashan as Y.A.R.O, the main lead. Aniruddh Dave acted in the Hindi film Shorgul in 2016.[2] He was last seen playing the role of inspector Hanuman Singh in Patiala Babes on Sony.

Early life and background

Aniruddh is from a Brahmin family hailing from Rajasthan. He was born in Dehradun, India and later he moved to Jaipur, Rajasthan where he spent his childhood. He finished his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya and further finished his graduation from Rajasthan College in computer applications. Since childhood he wanted to become an actor, therefore he started doing theater acting just after his graduation. He has one elder sister. His parents are into education department in Jaipur .

Aniruddh moved to Delhi and started enacting in renowned plays like Rashomon (by Akiro Kurosawa; International), Haye Mera Dil (with Ranveer Singh), Man Without Shadow, Jaat Na Pucho Sadhu Vijay Tendulkar. He always had a close association with the faculty of the Delhi National School of Drama and performed on many plays on stage.

In 2000 Aniruddh was honored with Rashtrapati Award by K. R. Narayanan for acting and theatre plays.

Personal life

On Tuesday, 24 November 2015 Aniruddh had a love marriage with Shubhi Ahuja, an actress in Jaipur.[3] He wore a sherwani weighing 32 kg on his wedding day.
