Center Township is one of eleven townships in Ripley County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,657 and it contained 1,151 housing units.[3]

History

Straber Ford Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.[4]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 29.51 square miles (76.4 km2), of which 29.43 square miles (76.2 km2) (or 99.73%) is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 km2) (or 0.27%) is water.[3]
