Ellen Chapman Keegan (born 1982) is a beauty queen from San Jose, California who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Chapman's first pageant title was Miss Teenage California 1999[1] and her second Miss California United States 2002. In 2002 she competed in the Miss California USA pageant for the first time, but did not place. The following year she competed as Miss San Francisco Bay Area and won the Miss California USA 2004 title in a state pageant held in Fresno, California in on August 30, 2003.

Chapman represented California in the Miss USA 2004 pageant broadcast live from her home state at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. She did not place in the nationally televised event, which was won by Shandi Finnessey of Missouri.

Chapman graduated from Valley Christian High School in 1999. In December 2003, Chapman received a degree in American Multi-Cultural Studies from Sonoma State University[2] and in 2004 earned an Elementary School Teaching Credential from the same institution.

Chapman returned to pageantry in 2005 when she competed in the US Miss World 2005 pageant for the opportunity to represent the United States in the Miss World pageant. Chapman placed second runner-up in this competition, won by Lisette Diaz, who had placed first runner-up in the Miss California USA pageant that same year. The first runner-up was Kristin Berset, who held the Miss Florida USA 2004 title and competed against Chapman at Miss USA 2004.

In September 2006, Chapman appeared with Cristina Nardozzi (Miss Massachusetts USA 2005), Jennifer Fairbank (Miss Hawaii USA 2005), Berset, Tamiko Nash (Miss California USA 2006), Angelique Breux (Miss California USA 1999) and Lindsay Douglas (Miss Kansas USA 2002) on NBC game show 1 vs. 100.[3]
