Emys is a small genus of turtles. Species assigned to this genus include:

• Emys orbicularis – European pond turtle
• Emys trinacris – Sicilian pond turtle
• Emys blandingii – Blanding's turtle
• Emys marmorata – Western pond turtle

The two North American species, E. blandingii and E. marmorata, are sometimes separated into their own genera (Emydoidea and Actinemys respectively).
