The following is a list of squads for each nation competing in women's football at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Each nation must submit a squad of 18 players. Unlike the men's tournament, which is restricted to players aged 23 and under (with three overage players allowed per squad), the female football players are eligible to compete with no age restrictions.
